2) Go to AIRTIME TO CASH,
3) Make a manual transfer of airtime to the listed phone number.
4) Then return back to the website and fill the form and submit.
Airtime to cash transaction takes 0 to 4 hours
Also check the rates in the airtime to cash column ,the rates you see there are what you or your customer will receive.
The phone numbers to send the airtime to are also there. So kindly send the airtime to the number you see there.
After sending the airtime,Please kindly go to setting and update the bank details you want us to make the payment to.
We will credit the bank account within 0 - 4 hours during the day.
Transaction is left pending but Once a transaction is completed, it will be marked success.
Airtime to cash Transactions done at night will be processed in the morning.

With an active reseller account,Whenever your clients convert to cash,you earn 3% commission. Commission is not available to normal users.
A reseller is someone who funds their wallet with a minimum of 3k upwards upon each deposit.
An ACTIVE RESELLER is some who has funded their wallet in the Last 40 days.
Note: Only active resellers account are eligible to earn commissions.
Non resellers do not earn commissions.
(The commission structure was introduced to support our resellers so they can earn more from their reselling business,so if someone is not actively funding their wallet and buying data from our website,we assume the person is not running it as a business hence no commission).

Every user on our platform has 2 or 3 unique bank account number assigned to them .And the money automatically reflects in their account once they make payments except when there is poor network.
2) MANUAL BANK TRANSFER :Kindly note that because of the new CBN policy,payment from 10k and above attract 50 naira deduction. This implies that each time you pay 10k or more,bank deduct 50 naira from our account, So we in turn deduct it from your wallet.
This applies to payment via bank transfer only

Manual bank transfer is not automated and can take a whole day to get approved. Please if you are in a hurry use automated funding method.

IF MY CUSTOMER COMPLAINS ABOUT NOT RECEIVING AIRTEL DATA
Kindly tell them to check balance
1) Note that ,if a customers has a previously debt with Airtel ,the moment we send data to the customer, Airtel will withhold the whole data , it doesn't matter the amount they are owing.
So to be sure if the a data was successfully sent ,kindly tell the person to check if or she got a success message from Airtel.
If yes ,then kindly note that the person is owing and the fault is no longer from us .
But if the persons claims not to be owing, kindly contact Airtel customer care for assistance.
2) For Corporate Data Gifting ,kindly look out for Edu-Data when you check balance because it doesn't show in the main balance.

Mtn Hynet flex plans is also another type of data plans by mtn.
This is a direct data from mtn , You can find it when you dial *131# or on my mtn app.
This is an "UNLIMITED" data plans and it is only available for customers that use Mtn Hynet Router.
It doesn't work on regular lines
Suitable for laptop, modem, Mifi and router users.
HOW DO I SET MY DATA PRICES TO RESELL?
We do not interfere with resellers choice of data pricing.
As a reseller, the pricing of your data lies sorely on you.
If you are confused on how to set your prices,kindly check what the service providers are selling.

Unfortunately No, SME or Corporate Data cannot be shared or transferred. Only direct data gifting can be transferred or shared.
But you can hotspot to other devices.
IF A Transaction Is Done Twice , Can I Reverse One?
If the two transactions are successfully delivered we do not have the ability to retract it from somebody's line. Unfortunately it cannot be reversed or refunded.
But if one is not successful then we can reverse it .
Can I Withdraw Commissions To My Bank Account As An Affiliate?
Yes, affiliates can withdraw their commissions to their bank accounts
